What if I’m not sure which session to book?
Book the Quick Fix. If we need more time, we can upgrade during the session.
What if my problem takes longer?
Most single issues resolve in 30 minutes. If we're close, I'll stay on a bit longer. For complex projects, I'll be upfront at the start.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Have your login details ready for any platforms we'll access. The intake form will remind you what to gather.
When are you available?
Weekday evenings (AEST) and Saturdays. You'll see all available slots when you book.
